Job summary

DashMart in Fort Lauderdale, operated by DoorDash, is hiring for Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associates. You will pick up shifts via the scheduling app, complete onboarding and a 4-hour training shift, and work at least two shifts per month with two shifts every two weeks minimum.

Typical duties include picking/packing orders, inventory control, warehouse organization, and ensuring customer substitutions meet approval.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app; hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization; keep area clean and organized.
• Delight customers; ensure substitutions are approved by customer.
