Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for DashMart in the Miami area. You will pick and pack orders through the app, manage inventory and spoilage, and keep the warehouse organized. Shifts vary, with two shifts per month and a required minimum four hours per shift.

You’ll receive premium pay for night hours and Flex shifts, paid sick time, a wellness reimbursement, and a monthly DashPass subscription. We value reliability, teamwork, and a focus on fresh food safety.

Qualifications

• You’re reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• You have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• You’re detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
• You have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
