Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will pick and pack orders via the app, stock inventory, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring customer-approved substitutions.

Starting with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift within 14 days, you will adapt to a two-shift-per-month schedule and earn a base pay of about $16.15 per hour, with premiums for night hours and flex shifts as noted in the compensation section.

Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable team member willing to work variable shifts.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Detail oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders from the app, then hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
