Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents according to the plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, feeding).
• Assist with toileting, hygiene, and documentation of output.
• Provide catheter care and follow infection control procedures.
• Monitor resident progress toward treatment goals and report responses to the charge nurse.
• Maintain a safe environment by inspecting equipment and reporting defects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
