As a Server in our community restaurant, you will deliver friendly, professional service during meals and events, ensuring dietary needs are met while creating a welcoming dining environment for residents. Flexible shifts and growth await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6–12 months of serving/hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and portion sizes.
• Prepare dining room and reset tables between meals.
• Communicate feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety guidelines and Cogir standards.
