Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer in Bend, OR to provide on-site security across diverse client sites through our shift-pickup platform, enabling a flexible, growth-oriented career path.

Responsibilities include patrolling designated areas, observing for security concerns, and managing access, with incident reporting and emergency notifications as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company or customer vehicles.
• Background check and drug screen required by employer.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
