Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or customer vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire in emergencies.
• Warn violators of infractions (loitering, smoking).
• Permit entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent property theft.
• Investigate incidents and maintain post logs.
• Aid customers, employees, visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
