Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Illinois to deliver exceptional in-store experiences in line with brand standards. You will engage customers, assist with fitting rooms, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining merchandising and POS accuracy.

Responsibilities include daily store operations, customer service, and achieving personal sales targets, with benefits and discounts as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Stand and move throughout the store during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Uphold in-store retail standards to ensure excellent customer service.
• Initiate conversations with customers, identify products, and suggest items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and close sales with recommendations.
• Promote the rewards program and achieve loyalty signups.
• Maintain visual merchandising and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and maintain POS integrity.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures.
