Qualifications

• Minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport to guide product recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain POS integrity.
• Support loss prevention and follow company policies.
• Assist in the fitting room and promote the rewards program to drive loyalty sign-ups.
