Loop Neighborhood Market is actively seeking team members to join our busy stations. You’ll handle cash registers, help customers, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Verbal and written English communication with management.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Basic math skills for calculating change.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during the shift, balance money and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff at all times.
• Keep store and surrounding area clean and customer-friendly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports at end of shifts per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
