Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in the United States to drive sales through effective in-store execution. You will work with store personnel, educate customers on our brands, and follow daily instructions from the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license. Flexible hours including weekends are available, with competitive pay and benefits for part-time

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional heavy lifts up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Access to computer, internet, printing capabilities and email.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and staff on brands and products.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays accurately per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics and quality.
• Know and follow company policies.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device functions consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
