Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking Sales Associates to support station operations, deliver friendly service, and promote store programs. You will ensure quick, accurate transactions and a positive customer experience during your shift.

Starting rate is $15.25 per hour. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 pounds in some duties, and uphold safety and regulatory standards at our New England locations.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required by regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry items (up to 50 pounds in some duties).
• Ability to stay calm and act in accordance with policies during emergencies.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations in a timely manner.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per company guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
• Maintain safety and appearance of the store, comply with environmental and hazardous material regulations.
