Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to support fuel station operations across our New England network. You will deliver friendly service, assist customers, greet with a smile, and help promote store specials while maintaining efficient shift execution.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work flexible hours, and physical stamina to manage routine tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Starting wage is $15.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change, complete shift reports, and account for products.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol (as required).
• Can lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during the shift in accordance with company policy to support profitability and service.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift according to guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet every customer with a smile.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store and surroundings; comply with safety program.
