Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Resident Assistants for flexible local assignments across facilities in the Hudson area. You will assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily activities while collaborating with nurses and other staff.

The role supports various contract types, including per diem and temp-to-hire, with ongoing training and support. The position emphasizes compassionate care, reliable communication, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Compliance training to work in long-term care and assisted living may be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Support patients with feeding and nutritional intake.
• Record vitals, monitor health indicators and report changes.
• Work with care teams including RNs, LPNs, physicians and other aides.
• Observe patients and escalate concerns as needed.
