Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits in Bushkill and surrounding areas, delivering one-to-one care with flexible schedules and a strong commitment to patient well-being.

The RN will follow care plans, administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care using EMR tools. PA licensure and recent clinical experience are required; home care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license is required.
• One year of recent clinical experience preferred.
• Home care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan for patients.
• Perform home visits to clients in designated geographic areas.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to manager.
• Document doctors' orders and interventions accurately.
• Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management.
