Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health for a nursing role in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. The position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with flexible schedules and 1:1 care.
The RN will follow care plans, visit clients at home, administer medications, and document care using EMR systems. Requirements include PA RN license and at least one year of clinical experience; travel to cases is required.
Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA.
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medications, perform wound care and other procedures.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to supervisor.
- Document doctors' orders and client assessments.
- Coordinate case management and ensure proper documentation.
