Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of one year of clinical (medical/surgical) nursing experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan tailored to patient needs.
• Perform home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisor.
