Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care in Staten Island, NY is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible part-time schedules, competitive pay ($22–$32/hour), paid training, certification assistance, and opportunities for professional growth and in-person supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's ethics code for RBTs.
• Continue with professional development.
