The role offers part-time hours with a path to full-time as caseloads grow, mentorship, and opportunities for career development within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
