Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Notify physicians of significant changes and coordinate with teams.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and vitals.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support continuity of care and resident safety.
