U-Haul is hiring friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives for a part-time role in Mansfield, OH. Work at the customer service counter and on the lot with trucks and trailers, assisting customers with rentals, storage, and moving supplies.

No experience necessary; paid training is provided to help you succeed. New team members can earn a starting pay of $15 per hour, with a focus on teamwork and a fun, active work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Friendly, dependable and comfortable helping customers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in a hands-on retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, hands-on customer service throughout the store and lot.
• Assist customers with truck/trailer rentals, self-storage, moving supplies, propane and other products.
• Dispatch and return rental equipment using store technology and mobile devices.
• Inspect, clean and prepare trucks, trailers and other rental equipment for customers.
• Assist storage customers with unit rentals, payments, and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom, storage facility and property.
• Answer phone calls and help with reservations and store operations.
• Participate in ongoing training through U‑Haul University.
