Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Milford, Ohio to serve as the face of the company’s exceptional service. You will help customers with equipment and services, dispatch and return equipment using U-Scan technology, and assist with moving and connecting trucks and trailers.

The role includes on-the-job education, a $15/hour wage, and potential bonuses. You may qualify for benefits and career growth opportunities based on performance and store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
