Job summary

Greenbridge is seeking a Production Foreman to oversee daily shop floor production, supervise staff, meet manpower needs, and provide on-the-job training to employees.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 3–5 years of production supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Overtime may be required with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily workforce and scheduling requirements, manage absentee coverage.
• Oversee overall performance measures of the shift.
• Provide on-the-job training to employees.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all production activities.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and quality problems to minimize downtime.
