Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to guest tables per hotel specs.
• Collect payments from guests.
• Assist in maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
• Communicate with General Manager and other department managers and staff.
