Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license or State ID.
• CPR certification required.
• TB test within a year and renewed annually.
• Level II Background Screening required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must provide two work references and one personal reference.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with housekeeping, meal prep, and shopping for essentials.
• Support patients with mobility using cane or walker and assistive devices.
• Educate patients and family on safe lifting techniques and daily care routines.
• Maintain patient records and document observations.
