Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides are sought.
• Must have a NYS HHA certificate and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Physical exam within the past year; MMR immunization within 10 years; TB screening or chest X-ray within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, personalized home care to clients across Suffolk County.
• Assist with activities of daily living as part of Home Health Aide services.
• Participate in fast onboarding, case placement, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
