Affirmed Home Care in Suffolk County, NY is seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) with reliable transportation to provide one-on-one private duty care. This per diem position offers flexible shifts, quick onboarding, and weekly pay for carers who can work across Bay Shore, Hauppuage and nearby towns.

Responsibilities include personal care, ADLs, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid New York State HHA Certificate.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités
