Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while maintaining dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders as per care plan.
• Report changes in client condition to the office.
• Record tasks and clock in/out using electronic system.
