EmmUcare Home Health in Williamsport, PA is seeking compassionate caregivers to help ensure clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent in their own homes. You will follow each client’s care plan and assist with daily activities, providing companionship and encouragement.

Starting pay ranges from $11 to $13 per hour with biweekly pay, and the role offers flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities for advancement in a local home health team. An equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience, and respect for each client’s privacy and preferences.
• Dependability and clear communication with clients and the office team.
• The ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits and the ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan and help with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
