EmmUcare Home Health in Williamsport, PA is seeking dependable caregivers to join our local team. As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you’ll follow each client’s care plan, assist with daily activities, and provide companionship to help clients live comfortably and independently at home.

Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour with biweekly payroll and a flexible schedule. We offer onboarding training, ongoing support, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) and

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience, and respect for client privacy.
• Dependability and clear communication with clients and office team.
• Ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits and the ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.
• Previous caregiving experience welcome but not required.

Responsabilités

• Follow client care plans and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in/out using our electronic system.
