Job summary

Acosta Group in Baltimore is seeking a part-time Retail Coverage Merchandiser to ensure our client’s products are visible and available in assigned stores. You will visit stores, stock displays, and drive incremental sales using tablets for reporting.

You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and communicate clearly with store personnel. The role offers a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, with hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and a start around 9:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure products are available and properly displayed, driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain displays.
• Identify and execute approved incremental display opportunities and secondary placements to grow client and customer volume.
• Accurately complete client-mandated audits and report results via mobile technology.
• Receive and deliver marketing materials to stores, installing materials per instructions.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and professionalism.
