Acosta Group is hiring a Retail Coverage Merchandiser in Gainesville, FL. This part-time role focuses on visiting assigned stores, stocking, and maintaining product displays to drive incremental sales.

You will collaborate with store managers, perform audits via mobile tech, and install marketing materials. The job requires lifting up to 40 pounds, reliable transportation, and 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, customer service, and clear communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using technology such as tablets or mobile devices for reporting, data collection, and Microsoft platforms (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable transportation and at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure client products are available, properly displayed, and driving incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain product display standards.
• Identify, sell, and execute approved incremental display opportunities and secondary placements to expand product presence beyond the shelf.
• Accurately complete client-mandated audits and report work the same day using mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products, lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Receive marketing materials and deliver them to stores, installing materials according to instructions.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and represent Acosta professionally.
• Partner with store management and associates, communicating with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
