Job summary

Acosta is seeking a part-time Retail Coverage Merchandiser in CHESTER, MD, to ensure client products are available and properly displayed in assigned stores. You'll drive incremental sales through effective merchandising and close collaboration with store teams.

Responsibilities include audits, data collection via mobile tools, and executing approved display opportunities. Must be 18+, able to lift 40 lb, and have reliable transportation. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for reporting and data collection; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to ensure client products are available and well displayed; drive incremental sales.
• Collaborate with store managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain display standards.
• Identify and execute approved incremental display opportunities and secondary placements.
• Complete client-mandated audits and report work the same day using mobile technology.
• Stock, pack out, and merchandise products, lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Receive marketing materials at home and deliver to stores, installing as instructed.
• Pre-sell and build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and represent Acosta professionally.
• Coordinate with store management and direct manager via email, phone, and text to meet store goals.
