Momentous Concepts is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Gruene Hall in Gruene, TX. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and handle minor facility repairs to keep venues safe and operational.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience with emphasis on plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use common tools. Weekend and holiday availability may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine equipment maintenance (filters, HVAC, small machinery).
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues and perform minor facility repairs.
• Set up and take down tents, tables, and chairs for events.
• Rebuild and repair wooden tables as needed.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks from the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
• Maintain daily tools and cleanliness of Gruene Hall and parking areas.
• Ensure safety and timely response to service requests.
