Job summary

Momentous Concepts is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of skilled maintenance duties across our Texan venues. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment servicing, and routine facility upkeep, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience focusing on plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine equipment maintenance (e.g., changing air filters).
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues including HVAC and small machinery.
• Conduct minor facility repairs (e.g., window repairs, floor patching).
• Set up and take down tents, tables, and chairs for events.
• Rebuild and repair wooden tables as needed.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
• Maintain daily tools and keep Gruene Hall and town parking lot clean.
