Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our Culinary team and keep dishes, glassware, and cookware clean for a busy club.

You will follow safety and sanitation guidelines, assist with basic kitchen tasks, and help maintain a tidy, organized dishwashing area while reporting to the Executive Chef. Prior hospitality or golf club experience is a plus; must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality is a plus.
• Prior experience in a kitchen, dishwashing, or porter role preferred but not required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and properly sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Ensure all items are cleaned, dried, and stored in their proper locations for efficient kitchen operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, dishmachine, and surrounding surfaces.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff by restocking clean wares as needed.
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or supply needs to the supervisor or chef.
