Job summary

Congressional Country Club is seeking a Restaurant Bartender to provide memorable service for members and guests and assist in setting up the restaurant bar. You will mix, prepare, serve, and upsell drinks while supporting a variety of events across buffet, plated, and à la carte dining.

A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is expected, with opportunities for part-time or full-time work. We value teamwork, initiative, and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
• TIPS or TAM certification required.
• Alcohol training provided or preferred.
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and continuous service to members and guests.
• Mix, prepare, serve, and upsell drinks to members and guests.
• Work with a team to execute buffet, plated, and a la carte events.
• Resolve member/guest complaints promptly when they arise.
• Assist in closing functions by performing bar-related tasks.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and special events.
