Job summary

Congressional Country Club seeks a Restaurant Bartender to provide attentive service, mix and upsell drinks, and support restaurant operations during events. You will join a team committed to excellent member experiences and professional presentation.

The role requires adaptability for different events, a willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights, and prior bartending experience with certification. Complimentary meals and parking are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• TIPS or TAM certification.
• Alcohol training.
• Self-starter who can handle daily changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and continuous service to members/guests.
• Mix, prepare, serve, and upsell drinks.
• Work with the team to execute various events (buffet, plated, a la carte).
• Resolve member/guest complaints promptly.
• Assist in closing functions at the restaurant bar.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and events.
