Job summary

Southern Brew dba 7 Brew is seeking Brewistas to join our team in Arkansas. You will greet customers, take and confirm orders, process payments, and prepare all drinks and premixes with accurate, friendly service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a fast pace during shifts, staying productive, stocking, and keeping the shop clean. Flexible scheduling and a focus on customer connections are valued.

Qualifications

• Friendly customer service skills and ability to engage customers.
• Accurate cash handling and change reconciliation.
• Experience with beverage preparation and premixes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and confirm drink orders, entering them accurately into the POS.
• Process payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes according to recipes.
• Maintain urgency and customer-focused service during shifts.
• Keep work area clean and stocked; assist with opening/closing tasks.
