Job summary

Southern Brew dba 7 Brew is hiring Brewistas to delight customers with friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. You will take orders, prepare drinks, handle payments, and maintain a clean, well-stocked stand while ensuring safety and quality.

Success comes from engaging customers with warmth, knowledge of the menu, and a proactive attitude to stock and sanitation throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to create genuine, uplifting interactions with customers during shifts.
• Ability to work quickly with hot coffee, dairy products, and glass bottles.
• Ability to work outdoors for prolonged periods and in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for hours.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Confirm drink orders with customers and input orders into the POS accurately.
• Collect payments and provide correct change to customers.
• Prepare drinks and premixes according to recipes.
• Maintain urgency and provide warm, friendly service.
• Engage customers with personal connections and positive demeanor.
• Keep the stand clean, stocked, and organized during shifts.
