Southern Brew dba 7 Brew is seeking friendly Brewistas to join our team at one location in Madison, AL. You will take orders, operate the POS, prepare drinks, handle payments, and keep a welcoming, fast-paced environment for our customers.

Ideal candidates demonstrate great customer service, can work efficiently under pressure, and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety. Weekends and various shifts are common; a flexible schedule helps meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented scene handling and uplifting interactions.
• Ability to work quickly and safely with hot beverages and dairy products.
• Comfort working in diverse weather and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into POS.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes and maintain bar/stand cleanliness.
• Maintain urgency and positive attitude during shifts.
• Build personal connections with customers through friendly service.
• Know menu offerings and suggest items to customers when appropriate.
