Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in Irvington, NJ. You will help children build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

Training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs are provided. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and availability for after-school hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
