Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer in Salt Lake City to perform site patrols, monitor entrances, and handle safety incidents. The role offers flexible shift pickups through our platform, enabling you to build a schedule that fits your availability while gaining diverse site experience across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check required by law; drug screen required where permitted.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed in some states).
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
