Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will provide protection across industries, using our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability and gain valuable site experience.

The role offers a pay rate of 19.48 per hour with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed, depending on state).
• Ability to operate radio equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for security concerns and hazards.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Collaborate with site team and follow post orders.
