Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect client sites across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more. You’ll use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, building a diverse site experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• 2+ years security or military experience.
• Background checks and drug screen required by law.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
