Qualifications

• Must be 18+, or older per state law; background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to operate radio/phone and observe surroundings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police in emergencies.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits per client post orders.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain logs.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
