Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or client vehicles.
• Background check and drug screen required where allowed by law.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if armed where required).
• Reliable, adaptable to different post assignments, strong communication.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and follow site orders.
• Nice-to-have: multilingual abilities and prior security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms and summon police or fire responders when needed.
• Control entry points and verify authorized access.
• Document incidents with written reports and logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Coordinate emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
