Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance, and more. You’ll use our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on availability, building a flexible schedule while gaining site experience across industries.

Starting pay is $20.60 per hour. A valid driver’s license is required. Flexible part-time weekday and weekend availability, paid orientation and training, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.
• No prior experience required; the role suits a flexible, dependable candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed in some states).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and verify authorized access.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Call police or fire department as needed.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
