Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to protect clients across industries. You will use our shift-pickup platform to select assignments based on availability, building hands-on site experience and growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes responsible security patrols, quick response to incidents, and professional interaction with the public. Prior security background is welcome, with a strong emphasis on reliability and flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required by policy.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rules and access restrictions.
• Permit entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and verify authorized removals.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
