Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Mature, reliable, and able to adapt to different post assignments.
• Effective written and verbal communication; strong observation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions and security hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact authorities as needed.
• Warn violators and manage entrances/exits per client policy.
• Protect property and ensure authorized removal complies with requirements.
• Investigate incidents and maintain logs with Post Orders guidance.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as required.
